This is a professional industrial system for precise and automated glue application from the Baumer hhs brand, designed for use in the packaging, graphic, and cardboard industries. The system enables precise glue dispensing at high operating speeds. The central part of the equipment is the Baumer hhs C-1100 control unit with an LCD screen and keypad for easy adjustment of operating parameters and channel management. A constant and uniform flow of glue is ensured by a pressure tank equipped with a pressure regulator and a pressure gauge. The pneumatic heads (applicators) on brackets constitute the actuating part of the system, while a full installation kit with flexible hoses, quick-connect couplings, valves, and sensors completes the setup for connection to the production line.
