Frigoscandia GCM 76

This freezer was completely refurbished by former factory rep prior to installation in 2005. Unit was not commissioned following installation due to business failure. Unit has 28" wide self-stacking product belt, 1300’ usable belt. 40 tiers, 2.56" product clearance, 3.25" per tier. Unit has North/South belt orientation, infeed low right, discharge high right, counterclockwise rotation. Belt cross rods are 1.25" apart, mesh is 1/2" apart. Freezer is installed on a 8" deep insulated floor that could be moved with freezer. Unit is complete with CIP system and air blast defrost system for evaporator. Controls panel is installed and included but presently missing the PLC unit for the freezer. Freezer has been installed with most wiring and plumbing completed but freezer has not been run or tested. Evaporator coil capacity is not known.

All stainless steel. Belt width 28", Length approximately 850'. 3" clearance. Includes evaporator and box. Referigeration and installation is an additional price.
