Bivans CONVEY-O-MAT

Purchased new in July 2008 from Bivans, this is their most recent design for the 54L. All parts included allow for single-step box movement via a mechanical shoe or a two-step movement using pneumatic suction cups to move the boxes from the hopper to the debosser for lot coding, then to the folding station for the forming of the boxes. The debossing unit comes with an optical sensor along with a large set of alpha-numeric characters. Several kits are also included for different box sizes. This machine has all the equipment needed to erect either a straight tuck or reverse tuck box. The chassis has approximately 20 hours of run time on it.
