The Marchesini MCP842 is an automatic one-piece machine, suitable for receiving products on the infeed belt, grouping them, introducing them into carton taken from the warehouse, closing the same with non-wrapping self-adhesive tape, transferring it closed from the cartoning to the palletizing, carrying out the carton picking, and providing palletizing. The Cartopalletizer is with double carton pickup to pick up 2 cartons at a time and absorb more cartons coming in from the case packer when we go over 10 cartons.

Cartoning Section - The case-packing section consists of a solid supporting structure inside which are contained all the mechanical and motor drive movements of the Case Packer and Palletizer.
