The machine was taken apart to last bolt, many functions redesigned to update to more convenient and faultproof use, also faster parts processing, then machine rebuilt with best expert knowledge, materials, then repainted/power coated.

The process took 1560 internal hours and approximately 300 contractor hours.

Grinding area: 650x350mm

Flatness accuracy is within 0,01mm measured on the surface table.

Prepared for accepting Heidenhain liner scales. All rigid consoles are fitted, scales and DRO to be purchased separately.

Semi automatic downfeed, motorised, adjustable cross feed, hydraulic longitudinal feed.

One of the best machines evar made. Incredibly rigid and accurate for many years.
