The machine removes meat with or without skin. The product is placed on a chain and fed down the feed parachute, under the nozzle of the separator, which prepares the product for separation by making a longitudinal cut through the meat to the bone. The product moves to the nozzle of the generator, which contains a series of small diameter holes forming a circular shape. High pressure water (3000 psi) is directed through these holes takes a conical shape, which removes the meat from the bone. As the bone passes through the nozzle of the generator, the boneless meat falls onto the exit conveyor. The bone will be pulled out of the generator nozzle by the chain of the extractor and will fall onto the bone parachute.
