One (1) used Seidenader inspection unit, model V90-AVSB-LR, designed to inspect ampules, vials, syringes, bottles and tubes, .5-1000ml size range, rated up to 150/min per lane, 30, 45, 60, 75 degree inclination.
The machine is currently set up to inspect 10mL vials @ a 60˚ angle, left to right feed. Machine can run ranges of sizes: 0.5mL – 1,000 mL Ampoules and Vials, but the buyer will need to purchase change parts from the OEM. Machine inspects solutions and suspestions. Simultaneous inspections of foreign matter, glass defects, bottom, shoulder and cap area, crack, dirt. Variable high-speed rotation and variable slow rotation allows a 360˚ inspection. PLC based electronic reject system operated by infrared sensors avoids manual contact. OEM technical throughput specifications: Max. 9,000 units/h (Actual output depends on operator’s performance!).
Hello, We currently have 3 of these Seidenader V90-AVSB/60. Machine 1 is V90-AVBS / 60 - LR 5ml Machine 2 is V90-AVBS / 60 - RL 5ml Machine 3 is V90-AVBS / 60 - LR 5 & 10ml They are all working and in good clean condition. These were used in a large Pharma company, in a clean room. There was regular maintenance on these machines.
