Seller's description

In today’s fast-paced print production industry, the Horizon VAC-100a VAC-100m SPF-20A FC-20A system emerges as a comprehensive solution for collating and booklet-making. This assembly synergizes the Horizon VAC-100 series collators with the precision of the SPF-20A stitcher-folder and the FC-20A face trimmer, creating an unparalleled automated booklet production line.

The VAC-100a and VAC-100m towers are at the heart of this system, featuring a dual-tower configuration that allows for significant job versatility and throughput. With each tower boasting 10 high-capacity bins, they accommodate large collating tasks with ease. The system’s capability to handle a diverse range of paper sizes and weights translates to unmatched flexibility, making it suitable for a spectrum of projects from high-end brochures to straightforward informational pamphlets.

Transitioning to the finishing stages, the SPF-20A stitcher-folder works in tandem with the collators, ensuring each booklet is stitched and folded with precision. The accompanying FC-20A face trimmer concludes the process by delivering a sharp, clean trim, giving each booklet a professional and polished look.
