It has been set-up to pack whole bean coffee into 1Kg gusset bags using a pre-valved film with one way CO2 valves on the roll of film, to allow the bags to degass and to stop oxygen getting into the bags, providing a longer shelf-life. It comes complete with: 1 x Single lane Easiweigh Linear weigher with controller. 1 x Smartdate X60 Thermal Transfer Printer. 1 x LAC Outfeed conveyor – Year 2014. It requires 3 Phase electrical connection and an air compressor to run. The line was in production up until July 2025. It has now been moved into storage awaiting sale. It is all stainless steel construction and in very good condition.
