ZM ROBAK type STORK VS24 / 8 bottling monobloc is based on the STORK carousel machine. It is one machine with two functions. The monoblock is made up of a carousel pouring machine and a carousel closing machine, placed on a common body with a compact structure, at the base of which a common drive is placed. The pouring machine is equipped with 24 fillers, which have a gravity vacuum system assisted with a light vacuum. The monoblock closing node is equipped with closing heads - 8 pcs.
Principle of operation:
The rinsed bottles, delivered to the monoblock by a plate conveyor, are spaced at fixed intervals by means of a separating worm and are introduced through the input star into the lifting machines of the pouring machine bottles. The bottles are pressed by the lift unit until their heads are sealed with the taps. The nozzles open, causing first the gas pressures in the tank and bottle, then its gravity filling with liquid up to the designated level. At this moment, the lift unit is lowered and the nozzle closes. Then, the intermediate transport star moves the filled bottles to the closing node, where they are sealed using appropriate heads. The closed bottles are transmitted via the output star to the receiving conveyor, which transports them to the next line device - usually the labeler. The entire filling and closing process takes place automatically and its parameters are read and adjusted on the control panel.
