Description

Overview

This packaging line for repacking glass bottles into carriers, trays, cartons and dollies was produced between 2002 and 2016 by several European manufacturers such as Yaskawa, Profipack, DokuConsult KG and Krones. The line is currently still in operation until June 2025 and was specially designed for repacking 0.33L and 0.5L glass bottles into 6-bottle carriers (open baskets), returnable trays and various pallet types (Euro dolly, Euro pallet). It enables both the unloading and loading of full and empty containers into new packaging units. The system will be available from June 2025, as soon as it is decommissioned.

0.33L non-returnable bottles (green and brown)
6 open basket carriers (2x3) for 0.5L and 0.33L

Basic crate 20x 0.33L: 300 x 400 x 290 mm
Modular crate 20x 0.5L: 300 x 400 x 290 mm
Logipack AllCare tray: 400 x 600 x 85 mm
"Rollfix" adapter pallet: 1,200 x 800 x 126 mm
Full carton with flash bottom (single or double-wall) for 4x 6-pack carriers

From modular box 20x 0.5L → 6-pack carrier in tray on Euro dolly
From modular crate 20x 0.5L → 6-carrier in tray on Euro pallet
From basic crate 20x 0.33L → 6-carrier in carton
Returnable crate 24 x 0.33 → 6-carrier in pinol crate 4 x 6-carrier
Empties 0.5L in tray (Euro dolly or pallet) → Modular crate 20x 0.5L
