WELD,s wire straightening machines with the function of cutting to exact length manufactured by WELD are designed based on the latest technical developments in this field. They are produced in three basic types with the division on the productivity, and the three subtypes of the division of straightened wire diameters.
Based on innovations and many years of experience WELD had achieved excellent results of straightening, levelling feature and low coefficient of breaking the wires.
Machines are equipped with gearmotor driven wire coils’ unwinder. Electric motors are controlled by inverters for fluent management of the speed and to optimize the parameters of the straightening process. The machine has a straightener driveshaft with cast iron dies. Clamps of drive rollers are made by pneumatic cylinders. Cutting units are based on the servomotors and cam mechanism. Measuring system and the release of a straightened wire guarantees reproducible cutting length of 0.1 mm.
