The machines have been rebuilt and upgraded with PLC control with touch panel for parameter sets, this makes it possible to change speed on the curve depending on were you are in the forming process, this gives you a high quality of trays/cups with an output of about 2 x normal speed. The machines have been upgraded to high Danish safety standards. Top + bottom heaters - 8 x Row Temperature control panel for top and bottom heater - 470mm x 250mm forming area - Max draw 100mm - Pneumatic plug assist - water cooled rails - Tank for forming pressure – Servo controlled rails and unwinder – pneumatic material winder – and packing table. All our RDM 37/10 is from the late 60`s ore early 70`s and I don't know the running hours. Four identical machines in excellent condition, ready for use.
