Main components for butter oil production line. 1st stage cream concentration with self-cleaning separator, input 12.5 ton, output 7 ton of concentrated cream up to ± 70% fat transfer Lobe pump, (Waukesha 130, 5.5kW), phase inversion by 3 x inverter (18.5 kW each, 2900 rpm), high speed mixer impellor with pins. 2nd Concentrating up to 95 % by self-cleaning, special design separator (plate pack model: -14C), input ± 7 ton, output 5.2 ton butter oil. 3rd Concentration up to 99,4% by hermetic selfcleaning separator. Output 5 ton. All separators excluding tools, controls, water and production valves. Last stage by vacuum evaporator Alfa-Laval DC750. Excluding: controls, heatexchanger (pasteuriser), balance tanks, pumps, interconnecting piping and valves. Manuals available.
