The machine tempers chocolate masses in a two-flow circulation process with freon as cooling agent. The working procedure is automatic and therefore uncomplicated. A rigid sieve is installed on top of the tank where the mass is fed to prevent impurities from entering the machine. A tempering worm cools the mass down to the required temperature. An immersion heater is mounted for heating the storage tank.
