Washing plant - fully enclosed compact model - stainless steel - three rotors - starts with a three-way vibrating screen and ends by discharging into big bag - footprint approx. 6 x 6 m - used for sweeping granules from a discontinued Libyan plant
used to wash LD and HD PE granules supplied as plant sweepings by a petrochemical company

Operation controlled from a single panel :
Centrifuge startup,
tank startup,
loading augers startup,
sieve startup.
The three-way sieve discards soil or other dust and pieces of wood, cardboard, stones, ... and discharges into the feeding auger only what is deemed suitable.
The feeding auger is operated at variable speed to obtain the optimal one.
The tank, which is 2.2 m x 0.8 m and 0.85 m high, receives the material at the head, agitates it with three rotors, and discharges what is flush with the water at the tail.
This enters an auger with a perforated bottom that lets out the bulk of the water and pushes the rest into the centrifuge.

The system is self-built and only the sieve and centrifuge are CE marked.
