Pester PEWO COMPACT THERM III 250SN+250E Bundler

Functional description
The PEWO-pack 250 SN is an electronic/pneumatic controlled banderoling machine with foil tighten device to pack single or multiple bundle packs. Working table front and back The in feed piston is pushing the bundle through the foil curtain under the controlled holding-down device. With the back running of the pushing piston into the start position, the sealing bar is running downwards. The foil loop with the bundle inside will be tightened during this operation. The sealing bar is moving back and will first cut the foil with the pointed edge and at the same operation, it will seal the foil curtain for the next following bundle and will close with a second seam the foil around the bundle.
Shrink tunnel Foil roll holder
The sealing bar will move back into the start position and the seam can be cooled in the mean time. The next following bundle will push the sealed one out of the sealing area
