The NAGEL ROBO-FEEDER is a two-station suction feeder-gluer for producing brochures from pre-sorted bundles and covers from digital or offset printing. It is compatible with the NAGEL Foldnak 100, foldnak 8 folder-stitcher, and the NAGEL Foldnak Compact folder-stitcher, but requires the optional accumulation station.
The collating system consists of two stations: the upper station for pre-sorted bundles, and the lower station for covers. Sheets are fed by vacuum, with an adjustable blower, and automatically centered according to document format. The LCD control panel is easy to use, and production speed is high.
The NAGEL ROBO-FEEDER is equipped with a transfer tray, an up/down counter and a detection system for problems such as missing sheets, double sheets, empty stations and jams. It is mounted on a wheeled cabinet with a door for ease of use.
