Components
-> silo container
There are 2 steel tanks with a capacity of 18.5 m³ each.
The product is discharged into a weighing container via a conical vibrating floor with external vibrators and a screw conveyor. Weighing is freely adjustable in the range from 0.5 to 18 kg using electrical weighing cells. The setpoints are entered in a touch display, when the specified amount is reached, the product discharge stops and a ready message is sent to the subsequent dosing device. Both silo containers have a silo add-on air filter with pneumatic knocking, bursting discs and rotating level indicators. All parts are designed in accordance with ATEX approval. A dehumidifier is connected to both silos and must be replaced. With separate filling connections, each silo can be filled separately while the other silo is being emptied.

It is a Bizerba brand scale, on which a conical container with externally mounted pneumatic vibrators is built. The scale has electronic controls and sends the completion messages to the higher-level control.

Each silo has a PIAB vacuum conveyor system.
