This coder unit is designed to meet a high quality code request. It has a flexible coding functionality. Markem encoders print clear alphanumeric characters in a variety of fonts and sizes, machine-readable barcode and 2D codes. They add permanent codes to a wide range of materials, including cartons, labels, plastics and glass, bare metals and other substrates commonly used in food and cosmetics, as well as in other industries. The permanence of these codes guarantees the long-term traceability of your product.

MAIN FEATURES:
Small character digital encoder, provided with an intuitive software user interface. The unit combines simplicity and performance and uses patented inks to obtain clean and immediately dry codes, has a print head with 96 nozzles and a degree of protection IP65 against washes. The machine consists of a control panel, a print head, a connecting cable. The alphanumeric keypad and the display are used to operate, program and control the system. The ink is melted and transported to the print head via the connecting cable. The print head sprays hot ink onto the packaging or product. This inkjet coder can be easily and safely installed on almost any production line, with little or no modification to existing processes.
