TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR PRODUCTION OF SANDWICH PANELS

Technical condition: good
The technological line is intended for the production of sandwich panels with a foam core and a mineral wool core.
The thickness range of wall sandwich panels with a core of foamed polystyrene and mineral wool:
from 50mm to 250mm
The thickness range of roof sandwich panels with a core of foamed polystyrene and mineral wool:
from 60mm to 250mm

The total production line includes the following devices:
1. Basic device type MARK IV consisting of:
a. Independent and sliding feed table placed on installed rails
to the ground.
b. An independent device unwinding the lower sheet with a maximum load capacity of 8 T,
attached to the ground taking into account the depression below the level for the sheet metal unwinder.
c. Integrated unwinder with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 T for feeding the top plate.
d. An integrated module containing sheets and foamed polystyrene or wool in one piece
mineral. This module has polystyrene and wool cutters, shaping rollers
wall plate locks and cladding rollers (microwave, standard).
e. Integrated adhesive delivery module, including application and heating.
f. Integrated press module assembled components in the form of a roller press with attached
control cabinet.
g. Stand-alone module for cutting boards to a given length connected to the electrical installation.
h. Standalone, but integrated in the device, modules containing rollers
shaping sheet metal folds for roof panels.
i. Stand-alone, but integrated within the device, roller tables on which it is
set aside, cut to length.
j. Independent but integrated with the device glue feeding installation
k. Equipment for cutting mineral wool from blocks to the appropriate thickness of lamellas

2. Single arm crane with a maximum load capacity of 5 T for installing metal coils on unwinders

3.Dust removal installation for remnants of foam finished with filters and a briquetting press

4. Dedusting installation for the remains of mineral wool finished with a cyclone filter

5. Compressed air system powered by a screw compressor

6. Roller carts for transport and storage of panels removed from the processing line

8. Device for cutting foamed polystyrene spacers
