The Marchesini BA 100 is a horizontal alternating motion recuperator particularly designed to solve the main carton packaging problems for medium productions.

The mechanical parts have been completely reconditioned, while the electronic parts and software are newly designed and built. The machine is sold with a new CE certification, complies with current safety standards, accompanied by all dedicated manuals and customized format change sheets.

The BA 100 is equipped with a fixed or adjustable drawer chain as needed, into which the products to be packaged are loaded, with a completely automatic packaging cycle. A sensor detects the presence of the product in the drawer which controls the removal of the case and any leaflet.

The opening of the case occurs by mechanical splaying which guarantees correct functioning with the widest type of cases. The format change requires simple and rapid operations guided by millimeter scales.

The operator panel with Siemens display facilitates operation of the machine and provides all the main information on correct operation. The speed can be set from the display and allows you to adjust the machine to the optimal speed.
