Komfi Fullmatic B2 UV varnishing machine

The Czech company Komfi is well known in Europe as a manufacturer, first of all, of luxury automatic laminators for the printing industry.

The Komfi Fullmatic B2 UV continuous varnishing machine uses a three-roll varnish system. The presence of an air knife allows the machine to be used for working with thin paper. The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding head for separating sheets from the stack. Throughout the entire varnishing process, the sheet is guided through the machine by a vacuum belt conveyor. Drying is performed by built-in IR and UV modules. The sheets are brought out onto the receiving vibro-table. Thanks to the modern control panel with digital touch screen, all operations, including changeover times, are carried out as quickly as possible. At the same time, the required high quality of the finished product is maintained. Today Komfi is a recognized European leader in the industrial coating machine market.
