With the weighing and unloading system GALLAY it is easier to meet the strict hygiene regulations concerning the food industry, the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. These units can be used in a wide range of applications, including dosage, filling and outgoing goods in various sectors such as food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. The unloader is designed to discharge dry powder or granular mineral materials from the Gallay style container. Dust tight sealing between the container and the docking chute ensures that the product cannot be contaminated during the discharging process. Container support frame assembly, 304 grade stainless steel mounted on 4 anti-vibration mountings which are secured to a floor plate via 4 load cells. A vibrator motor which periodically vibrates the support frame to ensure that the product flows out of the container freely. An electronic control system controls the discharging process. A container outlet valve actuator operates the valve in the bottom of the container. METTLER TOLEDO weighing system ID5 Multirange and printing device GD46 to allow the control system to monitor the weight of the product and the container.
