The PILLBLOW filler is composed of two modules:
The first module is a receiver where the filling material is received, opening the fiber and mixing.
The second module is the drive mechanism that allows us to introduce the filling material in the container (pillow, cushion, stuffed animal, puff ...). Constituted with two work nozzles.

Between these two modules, depending on the accuracy required by the customer, a system for weighing the material can be installed, in order to introduce exact quantities into the containers.

Filling systems with suction turbines that suck the material from the tank and introduce the material into the pillow, stuffed animal, cushion ...

Pressure filling systems (with compressed air) to fill very small elements such as the arms or legs of smaller stuffed animals.

It is this type of machine we can work with 6 filling nozzles other than 2, 3 and 4 cm.

The operator must only press the pedal so that the material is pushed into the container, stopping pressing when the desired level of material has been reached.
