The ECKERT DIAMENT FIBER laser, manufactured in 2011 in Poland, is intended for laser cutting of sheet metal in fiber optic technology. A solidly made portal construction that increases the stability of processing, combined with a completely closed cabin protecting against laser radiation, will satisfy even the most demanding customer.

The laser cutter uses an extremely efficient IPG YLS-2000 laser beam source with a modular design, allowing to reduce operating costs thanks to low energy consumption. The generated 1 kW laser goes to the PRECITEC cutting head with an integrated distance sensor, ensuring high quality and precision of cutting details with a maximum thickness of 12 mm (black steel) and 8 mm (stainless steel and aluminum).

Along with the laser cutter, a wide range of equipment is offered, consisting of, among others: from the EckLaser 2872 CNC controller, LANTEK Expert CAD/CAM software with the NESTING function and two interchangeable tables with a length of 3000 mm and a width of 1500 mm. During use, the machine was used for one shift.
