Machine characteristics:
The cleaner is intended for cleaning iron and steel castings. The cleaning process takes place in a closed working chamber, in which perforated rubber tape is spread on the drums, by means of shot thrown by the blades of the projecting rotor and as a result of mutual rubbing of castings.

The cleaner consists of the following components:

- auger with sieve and drive

- running the belt together with an auxiliary device

The running of the belt together with the auxiliary device is a set of three drums driving, tensioning and driving the belt without end. The guide wheels with protective shields located on the sides form a trough from rubber band. The belt drive positioned on the roof of the working chamber consists of an electric motor, a V-belt transmission, a reducer and a chain transmission. The back of the working chamber is closed with a double door facilitating the operation of the cleaner.
