Projection and assembly line of projected polyurethane sandwich panels
For thermal insulation of different thicknesses and densities.

Line composed of the following sheet preparation and cutting equipment, manufactured by Diper:

- Coil loader and rail railing

- Sheet metal straightener

- Sheet metal roll forming machine

- Automatic shear

- Plate discharge table with suction cup and shifter equipment for transfer to panel manufacturing table. Measures of the table 6,500 x 1,700mm.

- Control panel and command equipped with Siemens Automata

Preparation line for the molds of the panels and injection of the polyurethane foam manufactured by MANNI, which includes pneumatic diaphragm pumps for transferring polyurethane to the dosing tanks and heaters. CANOM isocyanate and catalyst dosing equipment, central table cooling equipment composed of:

- Table of preparation of the molds of the panels depending on measurements and thickness. Measures 6,500 x 1,700 mm

- Polyurethane injection table with refrigeration equipment and mold fixing press.

- Panel demolding table finished. All the tables that make up the kit move on rails.

- Control panel of the projection system equipped with Siemens automaton.

Re-installation installation fully equipped to work.
