:: Description : | Machine is a Europack Collating and Overwrapping machine.
Used to collate and film wrap multiple boxes into bundles in two teirs.
Machine has an infeed slat conveyor upender system to an optional 90 degree star wheel turner. The packs then pass through a system of conveyors, pushers and lifters to form a single or double tiered collation to be wrapped. At outfeed to the first wrapper is followed a 90 degree turning device which feeds to the secondary wrapper and then to the hot air shrink tunnel.
The machine is adjustable to suit different box sizes.
Eg;
Box size 100 x 108 x 100 = 130 cartons / minute – Output Collate to packs of 12 = 10.8 packs / minute
Box size 112 x 138 x 180 = 60 cartons / minute - Output Collate to packs of 4 = 15 packs / minute
