:: Descrizione : | The plant comprises the following main items previously used for the manufacture of single use syringes for injectable dyes of 10ml, 15ml and 20ml. Output up to 7,200 units per hour:
1. Tray infeed and emptying with transfer of the glass syringes to the washing machine, including stacking of the empty trays.
2. Vetter WAS 605 syringe washing, drying and siliconising machine, 1995
3. Automatic placement of the glass syringes into transport boxes and infeed into the sterilizing tunnel, 3 boxes across.
4. Bosch HQL 5231 sterilising tunnel, 1995
5. Transfer of the glass syringes out of the boxes and into the transport system of the filling and closing machine. The empty transport boxes are conveyed to the discharge of the filler to collect the filled and closed syringes.
6. Vetter FSM 605 glass syringe filling and closing machine, 1995, comprising:
• syringe infeed and transfer into the starwheel
• syringe coding
• placement of Luer lock
• placement of tip cap
• placement of OVS
• filling station with 5 rotary pumps and 10.3 litre feed tank
• plunger placement with fault rejection
• discharge of the syringes from the starwheel and loading into transport boxes
7. Removal of the transport boxes by robotics and loading of transport containers for use in the steriliser.
8. SBM Turbotherm continuous steriliser, 1995.
9. Discharge and emptying of the transport boxes, and placement of the syringes in trays, and cleaning of the empty transport boxes.
10. Newmatic-Netsch washing machine for transport containers.
11. Vetter SEL 605 tray loader for syringes
12. ICOS washing machine for stoppers and change parts
13. SBM Vakutherm autoclave for machine change parts etc.
