top motorized pressure tracks with adjustment of the working height from
control ,the track strokes are automatically retractable.
B) angular TRANSFERT for the pieces returning to the CENTER for the second tenoning
and then for the direct sending to the profiling machine position "C",
composed by 3 transfert elements.
C) PROFILING machine P170/S 5 spindles, short entering table,
cardanic feed transmission, rollers with pneumatic pressure, speed 3/17 mt,
motorized lifting of the feeding group with digital reader, spindles:
- right vertical Ø 50 x 270 mm, Hp10 6000 rpm, vertical+ horizontal control,
- left vertical Ø 50 x 270 mm, Hp10, 6000 rpm, vertical+ horizontal control,
- top horizontal Hp 5,5 6000rpm, vertical + horizontal control,
- bottom horizontal Ø 50 x 180 mm, Hp 5,5, manual positionings,
- top horizontal Ø 50 x 180mm, Hp 5,5 6000 rpm, universal type,
for listel recovery, motorized horizontal+vertical positionings

It is delivered without warranty on the working of the electronic.
Anyway, the machines can work with positionings started by control
board, by cammes selector.
